This is a Brand Name acquisition for two 55-gallon drums of Shell Panolin S5 Grease EAL A600P 1 (formerly known as Panolin Biogrease W EP1), and no substitutes are acceptable. Item quoted shall meet the Brand Name requirement in accordance with the Purchase Description (Attachment 1). The solicitation is set aside as a Total Small Business set aside.
