NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia, BUMED and FMC Directorate, located at 700 Robbins Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111, awarded N0018925PZ219 to University of North Texas of Denton, TX in the total FFP amount of $316,866.80 on 18 September 2025. The award, to determine the association between behavioral changes and blood brain barrier (BBB) disruption for the Department of Cellular and Immune Based Adjuncts for Casualty Care at the Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) under solicitation N0018925QZ255. The award was awarded as a single source action under FAR 15. Services under this award commenced on 18 September 2025 and are performed at the University of North Texas.
