The United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans seeks a qualified vendor for the acquisition and installation of an AirSequal system to manage and optimize performance of its compresed air system comprisde of two (2) Sullair 3700B Series 50hp compressors, Model #3709B in accordance with the attached statement of work. Installation will occur at the USCG Industrial Production Detachment in Mobile, AL. A site visit is encouraged. Vendors are required to be registered and current in sam.gov with a UEI. Federal Acquision Regulations, Clauses, and Wage Rates are included and applicable. Please fill out blocks 17a thru 31c on attached Standard Form 1449 (SF-1449) if you will be submitting a quote. The requirement will be awarded to lowest price.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. Offerors must actively be registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov The USCG Industrial Production Facility has a requirement for the vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the follwoing: Providing all OEM compressor wiring diagrams. Confirming compressors have remote control capabilities. Installing the AirSequal panel in the preferred location. Installing the pressure transducer downstream of all cleanup equipment. Running communication cables/conduit from the AirSequal panel to each compressor control panel. Running instrument cable from the pressure transducer to the AirSequal panel. Completing all wiring according to the provided wiring specification.
