IAW RFO 5.101(c)(2): Set asides are not applicable in Germany IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4)(iii): Is not applicable to this requirement IAW RFO 5.201(c): (1) This is a solicitation notice for a large aircraft wheel washer capable of removing rubber/carbon deposits. The wheel washer must be able to perform automated cleaning of C-130J aircraft wheels for corrosion control. The wheel washer must be able to wash C-130 aircraft wheels with an automatic cycle, requires little to no manual scrubbing between washes, and includes self contained filtration system, oil skimmer, and some form of loading and unloading assist to limit the need for members to lift the wheels into the machine by hand. See salient characteristics for details. (2) The proposed contract action is anticipated to be full and open competition. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used and the award will be based on best value to the government. Funds are presently not available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date. In the event the Government cancels solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
