The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, 8(a) certified firms, and all other business types and sizes capable of providing the training. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611512, Flight Training with a size standard of $34M. If applicable, interested firms which are SBA 8(a) certified are required to submit a copy of the SBA 8(a) certification letter. In order to make the determination, the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - this document should identify: a. Services provided by your firm. b. Types of services provided on previous contracts (include contract numbers if applicable). c. Number of years in business. 2. Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate for budgetary purposes only. 3.
