Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8201-26-R-0007 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for Air Traffic Control and Landing System (ATCALS) Equipment Infrastructure Upgrade at Hill AFB UT and the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). A site visit will be conducted as part of the solicitation. The site visit is scheduled for 8 April 2026. Information regarding location and time will be provided to interested parties. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the requirements stated in the attached SOO. An award will not be modified to accommodate an Offeror's failure to understand the requirement.
