NOTICE FOR AIR TO GROUND MISSILES (AGMS) This is a synopsis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 for the following contract. This synopsis is not a request for proposal or information. The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command-Redstone has a Fiscal Year 27-34 requirement for the acquisition of a total quantity of 1,200 Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM) and 4,000 HELLFIRE missiles per year in support of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, special customers, and various foreign military sales customers. Additionally, this requirement consists of HELLFIRE JAGM guidance sections, air trainer missiles, AGMS Quality Assurance Lot Verification Test flight testing, non-recurring engineering support, initial spares, and missiles storage. This requirement will result in the award of a twelve (12) month base award with seven (7) twelve month option periods. This requirement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819. Interested sources should contact the prime contractor directly. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This contract is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C.
