The Contractor must provide all necessary resource to provide rotary wing services, fully trained personnel (medical flight crews), medical equipment, and all necessary supplies to perform air evacuation services for Fort Riley, Kansas. Evacuation will be to local hospitals and surrounding states if required. The required service is not limited to performance within the boundaries at Fort Riley. Employees at a minimum must be certified by federal and state laws, enough to treat and transport patients based on degree of trauma. Contractor shall have an authorized representative, accessible at all times, who is empowered to fully act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this agreement We encourage all interested and qualified businesses to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.
