This notice will not bind the government to any actions or awards. DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a solicitation for the construction of an Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Facility. Primary facilities of the project include the roughly 8,400 gross square foot (GSF) AGE Facility with an administrative portion and a maintenance portion. Supporting facilities of the project include land clearing, paving, general site improvements, and extension of utilities to serve the project. The building will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations; concrete floor slabs; steel frames; cmu and metal stud backup and brick/insulated metal panel veneer; sloped roof; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); and plumbing, mechanical, security and electrical systems.
