Advanced Small Stereo-Camera Instruments REQUIREMENTS-25-0771

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries, Midwater Assessment and Conservation Engineering (MACE) program intends to post a solicitation for the design and lease of Advanced small stereo-cameras on SAM.gov. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposed contract action is set aside 100% for small businesses. It is highly encouraged that any small business meeting the NAICS code 334511 size standard and desiring to be considered for award be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) using this NAICS code or a NAICS code with an equivalent size standard. It should be noted that offerors must be registered in SAM prior to submission of an offer. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site: https://sam.gov/.
