Additionally, the API transit storage cases with foam have successfully passed environmental testing. These API transit storage cases with foam were procured previously for the RIS program and are currently integrated in the RIS platforms. No other transit storage cases with foam can meet this unique combination of requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
