S&T is undergoing significant reorganization, impacting its planning for program support service needs. This reorganization is anticipated to be completed by early FY2026 after which time program support needs can be planned for in order to align with the new organizational structure. This modification procures additional work within scope and increases the ceiling of task order 70RSAT23FR0000015 without considering other awardees pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(B).
