Solicitation: SPE2DP-25-R-0001 Item: Adenovirus Type 4 and Type 7 Vaccine, Live, Oral, Enteric Coated Tablets for Oral Administration (Adeno) NSN: 6505-01-642-0106 Description(s): The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support has a requirement for the supply of Adenovirus Type 4 and Type 7 Vaccine, Live, Oral, Enteric Coated Tablets for Oral Administration (Adeno). NSN 6505-01-642-0106. The vaccine shall be enteric-coated tablets of live, adenovirus Type 4 and Type 7 suitable for oral administration only. One Package (PG) consists of Two (2) bottles of 100 tablets each of Type 4 and 100 tablets each of Type 7 Adenovirus Vaccine, Live, Oral. Other specification data will be included in the solicitation. The Solicitation will be issued under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Government does not intend to use Part 12 for this acquisition – per FAR 10.002(d)(2). The successful contractor shall have FDA approval to supply Adeno before award decision. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. The contract will consist of one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. The estimated annual quantity for the base year and each option year is 2,000 PG. There will be a minimum quantity of 1,500 PG and a maximum quantity of 2,300 PG for the base year and each option year. (Quantities may increase or decrease pending receipt of final Service requirements.) FOB Destination. Ordered quantities shall be delivered to military recruiting activities located throughout the United States. Delivery is scheduled on a monthly basis. First deliveries shall begin 3 months after award of contract, or best available delivery, negotiated between the contractor and the Government.
