The New Hampshire National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision to replace the active vehicle barriers at Pease Air National Guard Base in Newington, NH. The contract duration will be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection. The Government anticipates that this requirement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The magitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about July 24, 2025.
