Identify and evaluate commercial off-the-shelf Acquisition Management System (AMS) solutions that can support an enterprise-wide procurement lifecycle, including software licenses, system integration and implementation, training, and ongoing operations and maintenance. The aim is to find options that can work with CGI-Federal’s Momentum suite (Momentum Acquisitions Plus, Momentum Financial Plus, and related Momentum bundles) on an Oracle database hosted on AWS, with a focus on delivering value, flexibility, and innovation while reducing dependence on a single vendor. Respondents should demonstrate enterprise-scale capability and readiness to support the Department’s evolving financial and acquisition needs.

Provide information on how your AMS would integrate with the Momentum environment, including relevant past performance, major clients, and any applicable government experience. Submissions are limited to two pages for the SOO information, in PDF or Word format, with 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font on 8x11-inch pages, and should not include marketing materials. Mark proprietary information as applicable. This is an information-gathering effort, not a solicitation, and responses are voluntary with no funds provided to prepare them. Depending on market results, the DOJ may issue future RFIs, RFQs, or RFPs via SAM.gov; interested parties should monitor SAM.gov for updates.
