Provide Training Development Support for the Cyber Center of Excellence, Cyber School at Fort Gordon to assist the Cyber Branch with training development activities. This is a market-research (sources-sought) effort to determine if a small-business set-aside is possible and to gauge capability and interest. The contractor would furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services needed to perform the Training Development Support, except items the government furnishes. Respondents should submit a capability statement showing their ability to perform the work at a fair market price, including their small-business status/certifications, whether they would compete as a prime or via subcontracting, expected prime and subcontractor work share, relevant past performance, and recommendations to improve competition or avoid unnecessarily restricting competition.

The notices are substantially identical in scope and solicitation intent, with only differences in the response window. The government will use the information to determine the acquisition approach and whether a set-aside is feasible; at this time, no solicitation, quote, or proposal is being requested. Small businesses across socioeconomic categories are encouraged to participate.
