Summary

AI-generated · Jul 24, 2026

Access to the PACER system will be provided through the Pacer Service Center to support ICE/ERO operations in the New York Field Office. PACER offers electronic public access to federal court records, and this access is considered mission-critical for immigration enforcement actions; without it, obtaining timely, essential information would be severely hindered.

There is only one responsible source for this requirement, and no other providers can satisfy it. The purchase will be a firm-fixed-price, sole-source action under FAR procedures. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes. Interested parties may respond to indicate their capability to fulfill the requirement; submissions are for the government’s consideration in determining whether a competitive procurement would be appropriate, and all information provided is at no cost to the government. The government reserves the right to cancel the sole-source action.
