This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation WILL be posted to SAM at https://sam.gov/. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N0040625QS629. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05 Effective 08/07/2025, and the DFARS Change notice 01/17/2025. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for a supply type contract that meets the specifications outlined in the attached solicitation. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
