Market research is seeking firms capable of providing Architect-Engineer general design services for military construction under a MATOC pool of Indefinite Delivery Contracts. Up to seven A-E firms will be selected, with a five-year ordering period and a total shared capacity of $475 million. Work will primarily cover design for projects with construction values over $2 million, though smaller projects may also be assigned. Selections will follow the Brooks Act (FAR Subpart 36.6) and will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work.

This is an RFI to gauge market capabilities; responses must be submitted via a survey. Participation is voluntary, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to respondents. Depending on responses, the effort may be set aside for small business or pursued through full and open competition, with all small-business categories being considered. Data collected will become the property of USACE and will be used to understand capabilities; submission does not guarantee consideration for a contract.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, as part of market research, issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 10.001 (a) (2), Market Research - Policy. All interested parties should complete the form provided the link below. This survey is specific to A-E Services but may also be used for engineering services not covered by FAR Subpart 36.6. Information: The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Pool of Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for General Design. The intent is to award a MATOC poll with a target of seven (7) A-E firms with an ordering period of five (5) years and a total shared capacity of $475M. These contracts are being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architect Engineers Statute (also known as the Brooks Act) as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. Fims will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. Task Orders will be primarily for design of projects with a construction value greater than $2M, however as required, lower value projects may be executed under these contracts. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
