Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of: 81mm Support Assembly. Shall be in accordance with (IAW) drawings 12561222 REV F dated 08 JAN 2008, 12944515 REV C dated 10 SEPT 1992, 12953257 REV G dated 10 SEPT 1992, and 12953258 REV C dated 10 SEPT 1992. Drawing 12953257 REV G dated 10 SEPT 1992 for this requirement is restricted and will be available by requesting access via SAM/gov once the solicitation is posted. The vendor shall select the link of the drawings and complete the necessary information requested to gain access. The vendor's Data Custodian MUST be the one requesting access. Drawings 12561222 REV F dated 08 JAN 2008, 12944515 REV C dated 10 SEPT 1992 and 12953258 REV C dated 10 SEPT 1992 is an attachment to this sources sought. This requirement is projected to be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order with a 100% Option Quantity. The projected quantity needed for the base Purchase Order is 5,500 each. Preproduction Samples will be required. Interested sources need to submit CAGE code, DUNS number, size standard, socioeconomic status, place of manufacture, production capability, and estimated delivery lead times. Delivery location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The NAICS code for these items is 326150 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is posted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This solicitation will result in a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose quote is responsive and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest total evaluated price.
