NAICS 332311 PSC 8145 Reference SOW for requirements, evaluation factors and place of performance. Missing one or more documents, incomplete vendor RFQ technical/past performance, implementation, pricing XLS/PDF responses will be considered non-compliant/non-conforming. This purpose of amendment 1 is to answer questions and extend RFQ close date. Q1-Confirm does VA want fire suppression installed and activated the date of delivery? A.1 No- see revised SOW Q2- Will the VA be responsible for anchoring/power hook up? A.2 Yes Q3-Will need vendor need to come back to install fire suppression? A.3 NA Q4-Will the VA staff and VA equipment be unloading and placing building on concrete pad? A.4 No Q5-For delivery of equipment to VA and on VA property- please provide a property map and site pics. A.5 See site picture on revised SOW. Q6-Will delivery truck encounter tight parking, narrow streets, steep hills to get to VA delivery site? No Q7-Is there fencing, building, or obstacles, to place building on existing VA Pad site? A.7 No- see revised SOW Q8-Will vendor offloading be required? A.8 Yes- see revised SOW. Q9 Will electrical hook up, fire suppression, or bolt down install be required? A.9 No- see revised SOW.
