Presolicitation Notice - TPP Storage panels The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) requires the purchase of storage panels, posts, and gates to construct metal storage cages for the Third Power Plant at Grand Coulee, Washington. This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 332311 - Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. The product service code is 8145 - Specialized Shipping and Storage Containers. TPP is requesting Wire mesh cage materials to be ordered to accomplish this task. The construction of these panels and gates are to be made of no less than 10-gauge wire woven steel measuring no more than 2" x 1" rectangular mesh with horizontal reinforcement no less than 1-1/2" wide at least every 60" welded into no less than a 13-gauge angle metal frame. Wire crafters 840 style or equal. These parts will be assembled by Bureau of Reclamation employees upon receival and acceptance of all pieces. Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0058, (written) is approximately the third week in July 2025. The anticipated closing date is the last week in July 2025. The anticipated award date is the second week in August 2025, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of the solicitation. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. This product will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
