Cisco Equipment Maintenance Service Plan SOURCES SOUGHT The US Geological Survey (USGS) is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified businesses capable of providing Cisco equipment maintenance service as described in the attached Statement of Work. This sources sought announcement is not a request for quote or proposal and the Government is not committed to award of a purchase order or contract pursuant to this announcement. The information resulting from this market research is simply for planning purposes to assist the Government in determining its acquisition strategy. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred in the preparation of information for responding to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0079. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. NAICS: 811210: Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with associated standard size of $34 million. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses. Place of Performance: Various locations in Alaska. Period of Performance are for estimates only: 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026 and four Option years subject to availability of funds. Evaluation will be based on Tradeoff method. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services.
