This is a Set-Aside Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Imaging Workstations. The Contractor shall provide Imaging Workstations in accordance with the details outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). All equipment will be delivered to Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), 2200 Fort Roots Drive Bldg. 182, North Little Rock, AR, 72114. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. To clarify number of monitors needed and remove the mention of monitors from CLIN 0001 in the SOW. 2. The requirement is asking for twelve (12) Workstations and Twenty Four (24) monitors (Two (2) for each workstation). 3. Update page 4 section 3c. to reflect 3a Upon receipt and acceptance by the Government. 4. Upload updated solicitation reflecting the changes.
