Summary

AI-generated · Aug 23, 2025

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide a brand-name AcuStaf software license for nurse staff scheduling, including implementation, at Northern Arizona VA Health Care System locations. This is an information and planning RFI, not a solicitation, and responses are voluntary and non-binding. The government wants to know if the current draft Product Description clearly captures the technical and functional requirements and to identify potential vendors and procurement approaches for this potential future contract.

Respondents should include basic company information and a concise description of their technical approach to meeting the requirements, including any relevant VA contracts for similar work and whether there is a recommended contract vehicle. Provide feedback on whether the draft Product Description sufficiently describes the requirements, and if not, offer technical or functional comments. If the vendor is a Small Business, indicate ability to meet set-aside requirements and outline proposed team members, the share of work each would perform, and which Product Description elements would be subcontracted. Also address the 50% SDVOSB/VOSB cost exposure requirement. Submissions are limited to six pages, and proprietary material should be clearly marked.

All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. Interested vendors are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
