The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with AssetWorks Inc. to provide Fleet Maintenance Data System to Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type order. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with AssetWorks Inc. under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 513210. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 18 September 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The award, to provide The Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Fleet Maintenance Data System Services, was awarded as a result of a Sole Sourced solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.5. Services under this awarded contract commence on 22 September 2025 and are performed in 564 Sanda Avenue, Williamsburg Virginia. The contract includes a base nine-month period of performance.
