The National Defense University (NDU) is procuring the following supplies and services for support- Ex LIBRIS Alma/Primo and Digital, which provides a FEDRAMP-approved unified Library Services Platform (LSP) for the NDU as an academic research library requiring a fully integrated platform consisting of an Integrated Library System (ILS), a Discovery Layer for books, periodical articles, and eBooks, a Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) and link resolvers to provide full-text articles with one click. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within five days after the date of publication of this request for information - RFI. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely with the discretion of the Government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products found at FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Detachment Philadelphia hereby provides notice of its intent to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order to a single source: Ex Libris USA, Inc.
