Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Special Notice Page 1 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 9 Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 in the interest of Nashville and Murfreesboro VA Medical Centers located at 1310 24th Avenue South Nashville TN 37212 and 3400 Lebanon Pike Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to issue and award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price award, Scriptpro software upgrade, to Scriptpro USA Inc for software upgrade of current Scriptpro equipment in the medical centers. Scriptpro USA Inc is the only source available to provide software to the Scriptpro equipment already at the hospital. Market research has determined that Scriptpro USA Inc is the only source authorized to provide the upgrade to their proprietary equipment currently at the medical centers.
