The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this effort is 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) with the Small Business Size Standard of $34 million dollars. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. The Government believes that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Neuro Omega Upgrade. Neuro Omega Computer Upgrade includes: - A high-end medical-grade computer, with Windows 10 - Neuro Omega Software s and Alpha Omega data acquisition software for ( MER, EEG, EMG, ECoG, Sensors) - 2 high-end medical-grade touch screens - Audio Amplifier The contract is anticipated to be for a one-time service. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotation. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government Vendors claiming to provide the above products shall be an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributors, or authorized reseller for the proposed alternate equipment necessary for this procurement, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. No solicitation will be made available. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
