The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources capable of providing recumbent cross trainer equivalent to NuStep T5XRW. CLIN ITEM DESCRIPTION QTY UOM 0001 NuStep T5XRW Cross Trainer or equal 2 EA SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS CLIN 0001 NuStep T5XRW Cross Trainer or equal Quantity: 2EA Must have a minimum 22 in (56 cm) wide seat to provide more space for users with limited mobility to transfer onto the machine. Must have seat rotate 360 degrees and locks every 45 degrees to allow user access onto the seat from any angle. Must be able to support users between 75lbs-600 lbs. Must allow for upper and lower extremity range of motion. Must have seat recline for added comfort. Must have locking handles and pedals for added safety. Must come with foot secure system to keep feet stable and securely in place during exercise. Must come with adjustable clamshell release levers for optimum upper body positioning during a workout. Must have easy-to-read LCD color display that allows users to change resistance levels, review stats in time, distance, calories, watts, and METs.
