This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement under NAICS 238390 with a size standard of $19,000,000.00.
