The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information from qualified sources with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 333241 Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided. Contractor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. Requirement The VA Great Lakes Health Care System, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 12, Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health (FHCC), North Chicago, IL 60064-3048 is seeking authorized distributors to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) the equipment listed below or authorized distributors of or equal equipment meeting the salient characteristics. The VAMC is seeking businesses who are authorized distributors of the equipment under NAICS 333241 and Product Service Code (PSC) of 7320. In order to qualify as a small business seller your company must meet the requirements of 13 CFR 121.406 (b)(1)(i), (b)(1)(ii) and (b)(1)(iii). Counter to have refrigerated glass display with led light, display to have 2 glass shelves, display is self-contained with coils in top of display, display to have sliding door both front and back. Counter to be open in front with louvers in back panel. Counter to come wired with cord. Salient characteristics of Or Equal Refrigerator Display: Salient characteristics are wanting here, too. Here s an example list: Dimensions: Shall measure approximately 7'-8" long x 37-1/2" wide x 36" high (or Shall be able to fit in a space with XYZ-dimensions ). Construction (Top): Shall have a top constructed of at least 14-gauge stainless steel. Construction (Body): Shall have a body constructed of at least 18-gauge stainless steel. Mobility: Shall be equipped with at least 5" locking casters. Refrigerated Display: Shall include a refrigerated glass display with LED lighting. Display Shelves: Shall have at least 2 glass shelves in the display. Access: Shall have sliding doors both front and back for easy access. Ventilation: Counter shall be open in front with louvers in the back panel for ventilation. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government the interested party is an authorized distributor of the Original Equipment Manufacturer. In addition to confirming status as an authorized distributor of the OEM you must include the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, SAM.gov UEID and email address. Size status and representation/s of the company (i.e., Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Large Business, etc.). Any SDVOB or VOSB must be certified. Is the company considered a small business under the NAICS code 333241?
