This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supply s prepared in accordance with the streamlined procedures of FAR Part 12 (Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Subpart 5.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Offers (RFO). All clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective March 13, 2026. DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the provision of all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation necessary to provide Cubicle Curtains and Mesh Panels, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein.

This Amendment 0001 is issued to provide responses to vendor questions received regarding Solicitation 36C24826Q0653, Cubicle Privacy Curtain Panels and Mesh Panels. The following changes are made: 1. Questions and Answers: The Government has received vendor questions. Responses are provided in Attachment 1 Questions and Answers. 2. No Change to Scope: This amendment does not change the scope of the requirement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment is to cancel Solicitation No. 36C24826Q0653 in its entirety. The Government has determined that the solicitation does not adequately describe all material requirements necessary to satisfy the agency's needs. Accordingly, the solicitation is canceled in the best interest of the Government. No award will be made under this solicitation.
