VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed contract action will initiate a new supply agreement/contract to provide and install new anti-microbial shelving units for walk-in freezers and refrigerators conforming to the standards and parameters detailed in the statement of work attached. The shelving units will replace existing shelving units at end-of-life in the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC).
