It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price type construction contract will be awarded as a result of this RFP. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers March 17, 2026. In addition, Offerors must complete and return the attached RFP, narrative, and work plan by closing date. The RFP is attached. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each Offerors program eligibility. Proposals must be received by Sheryl Gregory no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, March 17, 2026. E-mailed proposals shall be sent to sheryl.y.gregory@faa.gov and must contain 6973GH-26-R-00095 as part of the e-mail subject line. Any responses received after 5:00 p.m. CST, March 17, 2026 may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of submittal vendor's response may be determined ineligible.
