The work includes installing new label printers and barcode scanners, updating the system software to Windows 11, and providing base-year plus four optional years of maintenance for the tracking instrumentation to ensure compatibility with the existing stainer and digital pathology scanning workflow.

This is a sole-source action intended for Roche Diagnostics, Inc. The notice states no solicitation is available and it is not a competitive procurement. Interested SDVOSB/VOSB firms may submit capability statements showing they can meet the upgrade and service requirements while complying with subcontracting limitations (FAR 52.219-14).
