Contractor: Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. Street Address: 511 Benedict Avenue City, State, Zip: Tarrytown, NY 10591 The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), VISN 02 upstate medical centers require a bridge contract to ensure the continuity of chemistry and immunochemistry FSC Group 66 Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) testing that are essential to patient care. The aforementioned contractor is currently performing under contract number 36C24220A0014 with the period of performance concluding on September 30, 2025. The anticipated period of performance for the bridge award is one (1) year, from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. The anticipated bridge award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6 Limiting sources.
