This will be a 5-year contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS Code) is 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services), size standard $19 Million. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to COLLEGE OF AMERICAN PATHOLOGISTS located at 325 WAUKEGAN RD, NORTHFIELD, IL 60093. The VA Wilkes-Barre Healthcare System requires Linearity/Calibration Verification and Competency Assessments. This service shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be firm priced for a five-year period.
