Summary

AI-generated · Nov 26, 2025

Provide comprehensive genomic profiling testing for thyroid cancer to support clinical decision-making by identifying mutations, fusions, and expression profiles relevant to thyroid malignancies (e.g., BRAF, RAS, RET/PTC, PAX8/PPAR, TERT), with the ability to distinguish between benign and malignant thyroid nodules. The testing must be conducted in a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory, with a 14-calendar-day turnaround from sample receipt, and electronic reporting of results with interpretation.

In addition to testing, vendors must supply specimen collection kits and manage shipping logistics, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling and reporting. This is a market research activity to identify potential sources for a base contract with a four-year option. Interested parties should respond with their company information, relevant genomic testing experience, laboratory certifications, estimated turnaround time, sample report (if available), and any GSA/FSS contract numbers, as applicable.
