THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a Name Brand or Equal requirement for Explosive Detection Devices to purchase handheld explosive and drug devices. This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Bureau of Reclamation is not seeking quotes at this time and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Responses to the Pre-solicitation Notice will not be returned. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of interested parties to actively monitor the SAM website (https://www.sam.gov) for updates and announcements. The Bureau of Reclamation, Service Office, Denver, Colorado plans to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a delivery within 90 Days of an award.
