The Black Hills VA Healthcare System requires Ophthalmic Stretcher Procedure Chairs in accordance with the draft Statement of Work (SOW) below. This is a sources sought/proof of capability solicitation looking for vendors to perform the services per the SOW for market research purposes. No awards of a contract will be made from this announcement. This requirement is in support of a brand name or equal requirement. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation. Confirmation of delivery location will be provided by the VA POC post-award. Any item that has not been coordinated will be turned away and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the sender/transportation company. Vendor responsible for conducting a site visit to verify logistics and loading dock access/egress.
