Summary

AI-generated · Apr 02, 2026

Award a sole-source contract to Parata Systems LLC to provide, deliver, install, and maintain a Parata Pre-Packager system at the Dublin VA Medical Center to support pharmacy operations, enabling unit-dose and/or multi-dose medication packaging to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient safety. All services must be performed by manufacturer-trained engineers, and Parata is the exclusive source for the required proprietary software, installation, integration, training, and preventive maintenance; third-party service or software updates are not authorized, and remote access for diagnostics is required for the system’s maintenance. Warranties or guarantees are voided if an unauthorized vendor is engaged.

Inquiries should be submitted in writing to the designated VA representative with the specified subject line, and qualified organizations may submit a capabilities statement by the stated deadline.
