The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (Limiting Sources) supplying Philadelphia s need to trade-in their TIMS Medical 2000 FEES System, supplied by Foresight Imaging d/b/a TIMS Medical, located at 1 Executive Drive, Suite 202, Chelmsford, MA 01824. The sole source justification for this action will be posted with the Notice of Award. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order. The NAICS Code is 339112. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
