Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; due to the unique characteristics needed for this service, AGILITI HEALTH INC. is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center requires a high-precision, real-time MRI/Ultrasound fusion guidance system for prostate biopsy procedures. This system will enhance diagnostic accuracy and support both trans perineal and transrectal biopsy workflows. The vendor is required to offer full rental support services including all consumables on a per-procedure basis.
