It should support training on asynchronous and synchronous pacing, include scenarios from pacer wire insertion to capture, present real-time vitals, and feature an all-in-one setup (manikin with laptop/software), durable replaceable tissue, real-time vitals (HR, ABP, NIBP, SpO2), a defibrillator for transcutaneous pacing, intracardiac ECG waveform display for catheter positioning, and instructor/student scenario modes.
Respondents must be qualified businesses able to provide the described equipment and 1 year of maintenance; indicate whether they are a small-business manufacturer or a reseller, whether they can provide a Federal Supply Schedule quote or Open Market, identify related companies, and provide SDVOSB/VOSB certification, FEIN, state of incorporation, and SAM/UEI status.
