General Requirements: The characteristics set forth in this proposal are the minimum performance characteristics and should not be construed as limiting the overall quality, quantity, or performance of the instrument. The offerer is required to meet or exceed the minimum characteristics and will need to provide adequate documents to illustrate the performance capabilities of the offered products.
