The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This requirement is Set Aside for Small Businesses Only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM), SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) if applicable, and SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) if applicable. This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products. All items shall be new and not refurbished or recycled. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) if applicable, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead if applicable, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted, and a COMPLETED FAR 52.225-1 BUY AMERICAN SUPPLIES (If applicable).
