STATEMENT OF WORK The EMG instrument itself will be located in the Pain Clinic and used specifically by the Pain Clinic provider which sees all types of Veterans that benefit from this particular type of medical testing to help diagnose and treat a variety of Veterans with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputee patients and Veterans with chronic pain. The EMG will be used for Veterans within the Sheridan VAHCS catchment area and will not be used at other facilities or CBOCs. Veteran will be seen at the Sheridan VA for EMG services. 1. Specific Tasks. 1.1.1 Subtask 1 Physical InfrastructureRequirements Personnel are not authorized nor will perform any perforation of walls, floors or ceilings, the customer agrees to have resources available during the installation to complete these tasks. Installed areas are accessible and available at 8am on the first day of the planned installation. Access to review stations if required. Equipment onsite and placed in installation area by 8am on the first day of the planned installation.
