THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26125Q0848 on a brand name or equal basis on/around August 13, 2025, for the purchase of three (3) Philips X8-2t Transesophageal Echo Probes. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement and is a SDVOSB Set-Aside. All RFQ details shall be included in the solicitation.
