This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide orthopedic tools for the Erie VA Medical Center located in Erie, Pennsylvania. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about April 7, 2026. The solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339112. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package, other pertinent information, and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Please note that any reference to a brand-name product is herein provided solely for descriptive purposes and shall not be construed as an intention by the Department of Veterans Affairs to limit competition or procure that specific product. When a brand-name product is identified, prospective offerors shall treat such reference as a benchmark for design, performance, or quality standards. In addition, the Buy American Act applies in full.
